Welcome to the SFB
The SFB 620 (SFB = Collaborative Research Center, CRC) integrates the basic science activities devoted to immunodeficiency research in Freiburg. Our members are located at the campus of the University Medical Center, the Institute of Pathology, the Institute of Medical Microbiology and Hygiene, the Institute of Biology III and the Max-Planck Institute (MPI) of Immunobiology. The scientific activities of the SFB 620 are embedded in an excellent environment of research programs of the Faculty of
Medicine and the Faculty of Biology of the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg.
Freiburg Symposium on Immunodeficiency and beyond

Dear colleagues and friends,
the Symposium “Immunodeficiency and beyond” is a three-day scientific event organized by the Centre of Chronic Immunodeficiency (CCI),
the SFB 620 “Immunodeficiency: Clinical Manifestations and Animal Models” and the large integrated European project SYBILLA
(Systems Biology of T-Cell Activation in Health and Disease).
This symposium will take place March 29 through March 31, 2012, and will give you the opportunity to connect with leading scientists and clinicians in the field of basic immunology and of immunodefiency.
We are looking forward to excellent international and local speakers.
